When using the Form Connector App for the first time, you might encounter an error message during your onboarding flow, if the LastPass Chrome extension is active.
This issue arises when switching the radio button from "It's my mail" to "It's someone else's mail". Although this error does not interrupt your workflow, it displays a red notification in the top right corner of your Webflow Designer interface.
Steps to Reproduce the Error
- Open Webflow Designer with the Form Connector App installed.
- Ensure the LastPass Chrome extension is active.
- Switch the radio button from "It's my mail" to "It's someone else's mail" on second step of Onboarding flow.
- Notice the error notification in the top right corner.
Workaround: Resolving the LastPass Conflict
Option 1: Temporarily Disable LastPass
- Click the LastPass icon in your Chrome toolbar.
- Select "Account Options" > "Extension Preferences".
- Toggle off the LastPass extension.
- Refresh your Webflow Designer.
Option 2: Ignore the Notification
The error does not affect the Form Connector App’s functionality. You can continue working and ignore the notification.
This error is a minor conflict between the LastPass Chrome extension and the Form Connector App within Webflow Designer. Disabling LastPass temporarily or ignoring the error message lets you continue using the Form Connector App without interruptions.
